My policy was with Allstate and I did have uninsured mortist policy and they paid for my car that was totaled and paid our medical expense. It did take about 3 months for a final settlement. The drunk driver only got 7 days in jail and the judge suspended her lic and gave her a work lic. She is prohibited from driving from 3-to 6 am. Bad Judge!
