I reciently got into an accident in which i was at fault. the other driver turned out to not have insurance. I just got a copy of my dmv report and the accident was not on it. does this mean the other guy was at fault and do i have any legal recourse?

It is bad enough that you got into a car accident, it is even worse if the damages done to your car is not properly addressed. Nobody wants to experience car accidents but these happen and thankfully there are lawyers who specialize in this area to be able to get fair treatment.

i was in a acccident in feb. 23rd 2007 i hudson wyoming i was the passenage my gurlfren was driving she wanted to go out for a drink in riverton wyomin we lived in lander,wyoming an it was dark on are way to riverton it started snowing an snowing hard blizzard we almost made it thet an she chanced her mind an wanted to go home so we did makin are way back to lander but we had to go through hudson takin the shortcut road drivin very slow an we makin it to highway 789 stop at the stop sign still drivin pretty slow an were bearly back on 789 an an we get hit head on by a drunk drive kills my gurl fren an i end up in the hospital for 3 days wit a injured back in 3 places an a injured neck i didnt now my gurlfrens was gone from the impack tell a day later i would like to open the cae back open before it closes lander wyoming
