		<description>If more then 2,000 people are dieing per year due to cell phone induced motor vehicle accidents stronger precautions should be taken. As far as the mobile carriers being sued or taken to court because of the subscriber thats less the fair. Its not the carriers fault that the subscriber is an idiot in the first place. Or if they are to be blamed then soon enough they wont accept subscribers that are likely to text and drive. Where does the insanity end and the reality begin?</description>
